The official trailer for Black Christmas.

A Canadian horror film released October 1974 and released in the U.S. December 1974. The film was a success bringing in $4 million compared to its $620,000 budget. Despite being a Box Office success it was received with mixed reviews. Over the years it has become a cult classic and spawned a remake in 2006 which was panned by critics but is deliciously gory even if it is bad.

It's the season children! Come gather around the bone infested fire and have some freshly baked cookies with love made from the finest hearts. This is the chilling tale of a phone stalker that will keep you up at night and haunt you for the rest of your life.

The atmosphere of the film is nothing short of Gothic and the phone calls will terrify you to the bone. Black Christmas is credited with being one of the earliest Slasher Films which inspired others. Hope you're not claustrophobic as you will feel it while viewing. It's the perfect Christmas film, so sit down with that hot chocolate and prepare for what could be the most disturbing and haunting Christmas film you'll ever see.
